Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Principal Delivery Consultant to lead large-scale Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS) transformation programs. You will set the technical vision across AI/ML, data platform modernization, and enterprise architecture, guiding senior executives on major technology choices.

This role requires up to 50% on-site collaboration with AWS, partner teams, and customers in the U.S., and demands a broad T-shaped skill set across AI/ML, architecture modernization, and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/engineering or related field.
• Experience facilitating discussions with senior leadership on technical trade-offs and risk.
• Experience leading fast-moving, high-performance delivery teams.
• 8+ years delivering enterprise technology architecture on large programs.
• Depth in AI/ML, enterprise architecture modernization, or data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end technical architecture for large-scale HCLS programs.
• Counsel executives on total cost of ownership and time-to-value.
• Drive cross-team alignment and governance across partner teams.
• Grow expertise in AI/ML, data engineering, and industry depth.
• Lead AI-native delivery transformations and multi-agent patterns.
