Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience facilitating discussions with senior leadership on technical trade-offs, best practices, and risk mitigation.
• Experience delivering enterprise technology architecture on complex transformation programs.
• 8+ years in enterprise technology architecture delivery with influence on technical teams.
• Depth in AI/ML, enterprise architecture modernization, or data architecture demonstrated via leadership of enterprise-wide transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end technical architecture for large-scale HCLS transformation programs.
• Counsel executives on technology choices (TCO, time-to-value, build vs. buy).
• Drive cross-team alignment and governance, coaching engineers across partner orgs.
• Grow expertise in AI/ML, data engineering, and industry depth in HCLS and translate innovations into client context.
• Drive AI-native delivery transformation and multi-agent systems patterns to boost productivity.
