Job summary

Qualifications

Ability to counsel senior customer executives on major technology choices
Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programs at global enterprises
Deep technical depth with the ability to guide multiple concurrent workstreams

Responsibilities

Define and own end-to-end technical architecture for large-scale HCLS transformation programs
Establish operational foundations for agentic AI including governance and guardrails
Counsel executives on total cost of ownership and time-to-value
Drive cross-team alignment and architectural governance across partner teams
Grow expertise in AI/ML, data engineering, and industry depth in HCLS
Drive AI-DLC methodologies and embedding AI-native workflows into programs
