Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• Experience facilitating discussions with senior leadership regarding technical/ architectural trade-offs, best practices, and risk mitigation.
• Experience working with fast-moving, high-performance teams and driving innovative solutions tailored to unique business environments.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise technology architecture delivery, with experience influencing technical teams and defining and governing technical architecture on complex transformation programs.
• Depth in AI/ML, enterprise architecture modernization, or data architecture and engineering, demonstrated through technical leadership of enterprise-wide transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end technical architecture for large-scale HCLS transformation programs across multiple teams.
• Establish operational foundations for agentic AI including governance, observability, guardrails, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Bridge executive expectations with pragmatic delivery, advising on total cost of ownership and time-to-value without direct authority.
• Drive cross-team alignment, resolve conflicts, adapt architecture mid-flight, and coach engineers across partner organizations.
• Grow expertise in AI/ML, data engineering, and HCLS to translate innovations into customer-specific guidance.
• Drive AI-DLC methodologies across the delivery organization and embed AI-native workflows into program execution.
