Amazon is seeking an AI Creative & Content Manager to design and optimize generative-AI systems that produce on-brand marketing content at scale—building content agents, prompt libraries, and quality-evaluation frameworks while owning end-to-end content workflows.

The role is senior and located on-site in Hawthorne, CA (or Austin, TX), with responsibilities spanning cross-functional collaboration and content tooling development.

Formación

• 4+ years as an editor, content strategist, technical writer, or content developer.
• 2+ years hands-on building, training, or managing AI/LLM-based content tools.
• Preferred: AI product development, deployment, and scale-management experience.
• Preferred: B2C and B2B tech brand experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and optimize AI-powered content agents generating on-brand marketing copy
• Develop prompt libraries, style guides, and training datasets encoding brand voice and messaging
• Own end-to-end content production workflows from brief intake through final editorial review
• Partner cross-functionally with creatives, product marketers, and product management teams
