Job summary

Ryan, LLC is seeking a Senior AI Campus Recruiter to lead university recruiting for AI, data science, machine learning, and related disciplines. You will build and nurture relationships with universities, departments, faculty, career centers, student groups and associations, driving diversified pipelines and strong partnerships with hiring leaders.

You will coordinate events, information sessions, career fairs, technical talks and hackathons, while guiding candidates through assessments,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in HR, business, communications, CS, data science, or AI preferred.
• Three or more years in university/campus recruiting or related talent acquisition roles.
• Experience recruiting for AI, data science, ML, software engineering or technology roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains Ryan’s university recruiting strategy for AI, data science, ML, tech and related disciplines.
• Builds long-term relationships with universities, faculties, career centers, student organizations and associations.
• Partners with hiring leaders to define needs, candidate profiles and selection processes.
• Coordinates campus events, information sessions, career fairs, presentations and hackathons.
• Represents Ryan to students, faculty, partners and external talent communities; promotes an inclusive candidate experience.
