Job summary

Ryan, LLC seeks a Senior Engineer to design, develop, and deliver AI-driven software systems. You will own complex components, lead feature implementation, and drive engineering best practices within your squad.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with user needs, safety expectations, and performance constraints, while contributing to architecture and end-to-end execution with hands-on ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience building agentic systems with LLMs and tool-use.
• Proficient in at least one modern full-stack tech stack.
• Experience with .NET ecosystem and React is a plus.
• End-to-end ownership from design to deployment.
• Strong collaboration and mentoring abilities.
• Hands-on CI/CD and cloud services experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into scalable full-stack components.
• Integrate enterprise apps via APIs and middleware.
• Develop Azure deployments and IaC practices.
• Define evaluation strategies for agent behavior and tests.
• Support architecture with low-level designs and trade-offs.
• Lead technical discussions and mentor engineers.
