Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a senior AI/automation architect to own the system design from concept to deployment in a highly secure DoD-aligned environment. The role requires building secure ML pipelines, integrating ERP and PLM systems, and delivering clear ROI to executives.

The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and drive end-to-end automation initiatives across RPA, ML, and GenAI within a defense-grade cloud.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the technical architecture of the enterprise automation ecosystem (RPA, ML, GenAI).
• Architect data pipelines integrating ERP, QMS, project reporting tools, and PLM systems.
• Provide leadership to automate complex workflows and ensure cybersecurity across the system.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and present ROI metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor technical teams to strengthen the digital engineering bench.
