Job summary

InDev seeks a hands-on Senior AI Architect to design, build, and deploy advanced AI solutions across the homeland security market. You will bridge SaaS platforms with AI, shaping secure, scalable architectures and driving full-stack AI capabilities.

The role emphasizes leading implementation, prototyping, API development, and mentoring teams while collaborating with government stakeholders to deliver mission-critical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of management and/or development/architecture experience.
• Experience designing and implementing scaled Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Experience with LLMs and cloud platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Strong communication with government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Implementation Leader - Designing, building, and deploying multi-agent AI systems and RAG models.
• Technical Demonstrator - Building POCs and prototypes.
• System Integrator - Writing robust, scalable code and APIs.
• Architectural Expert - Creating architecture and methodologies for AI platforms.
• Technical Advisor - Analyzing requirements and recommending tech choices.
• Technical Mentor - Sharing knowledge and guiding teams.
• Strategic Planner - Developing technical roadmaps and tech stack.
• Cross-Functional Collaborator - Aligning stakeholders across teams.
