Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services seeks a senior AI Solutions Architect to own the enterprise AI capability, designing the technical foundation for secure AI tools and coordinating AI initiatives across the organization.

This hands-on role focuses on integration, deployment, and ensuring compliance with CUI and security requirements, translating mission needs into scalable architectures and reusable patterns.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting and building production integrations between enterprise systems using APIs, connectors, and custom code.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI or LLM solutions, including agent frameworks, retrieval pipelines, or workflow automation.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, JavaScript, or C#).
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and services, including identity, networking, and data handling considerations.
• Ability to work independently as the sole technical owner from design through delivery and support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the technical architecture supporting enterprise AI tools, agents, and integrations across the organization.
• Serve as the central technical coordinator for all AI initiatives, ensuring consistency and reuse across projects.
• Configure and deploy AI agents, including prompt design, tool and data integration, guardrails, and workflow orchestration.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise systems through APIs, connectors, and custom development.
• Evaluate and pilot AI platforms, models, and vendor solutions, translating selections into working implementations.
• Establish and document reference architectures and reusable patterns for teams to adopt.
• Ensure AI deployments handle data securely and comply with CUI requirements.
• Partner with IT governance, security, and compliance stakeholders to meet regulatory and contractual obligations.
• Monitor performance, cost, and reliability of AI solutions and iterate improvements.
• Provide technical guidance to teams adopting AI without direct management responsibilities.
