You will grow multiple engineering teams, define the technical direction, and collaborate with Compliance and Operations to deliver automation with measurable business impact.

You will hire top talent, shape roadmaps, and ensure production AI systems are reliable, auditable, and compliant while maintaining high delivery velocity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience shipping LLM-based or agentic AI in production.
• Strong background in distributed systems and cloud-native design.

Responsibilities

• Build, hire, and grow a high-performing engineering organization with managers.
• Set the multi-quarter roadmap for Agentic AI systems in Core Automation.
• Drive production AI systems with guardrails, grounding, and measurement.
• Lead parallel initiatives across compliance automation domains.
• Establish engineering standards and AI adoption frameworks.
