Job summary

Lantern is seeking a Senior Lead, AI Automation to drive efficiency across Commercial teams by embedding within groups and building AI solutions that fix root causes rather than patching processes.

You will own discovery, design, build, rollout, training, and adoption of AI tools (Claude Code, n8n, Power Automate) to scale Lantern's Commercial function and improve member care outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6–12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Solutions Eng, Software Eng, or PM.
• Expert with Claude Code and capable of prototyping AI solutions.
• Fluent with AI/automation tools: Power Automate, n8n, Salesforce, Databricks, Excel/Sheets.
• Strong discovery and root‑cause analysis skills.
• Thrives in a fast-growth, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Embed within Commercial teams to conduct deep discovery and root‑cause analysis.
• Design and build AI solutions that fix root causes rather than patching processes.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery: build, deploy, rollout, train, and drive adoption.
• Lift AI confidence through horizontal enablement and best‑practice sharing.
• Facilitate hackathons to generate ideas, prototypes, and cross‑team collaboration.
• Maintain a prioritized roadmap and communicate plans to all impacted teams.
