Job summary

Brightly Software, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager to shape how AI and automation improve internal operations across Siemens Asset Management teams.

You will partner with AI Engineering to translate complex opportunities into practical, measurable solutions and scalable ways of working. This build-from-zero role owns the discovery function, roadmapping, and outcomes, with direct collaboration across R&D, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or related fields with end-to-end ownership of software, data, or AI-enabled products.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML, generative AI, or automation initiatives in production environments.
• Fluency in LLM applications, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and evaluating AI systems.
• Ability to translate ambiguous internal needs into scoped problem statements with clear success criteria.
• Ability to map and redesign business workflows, decisions, and handoffs with measurable baselines.

Responsibilities

• Own the internal AI discovery function and surface automation opportunities across SI AMS.
• Write clear problem statements with baselines and success criteria before engineering work.
• Assess AI feasibility, data availability, and whether investment is warranted.
• Map workflows to assign AI, automation, and human judgment appropriately.
• Own the roadmap and prioritize work to maximize business outcomes.
• Build prototypes and run prompt/context tests to generate evidence on what to build or stop.
• Track post-launch outcomes and ensure follow-up if adoption targets aren’t met.
• Influence senior leadership on AI investment and readiness across the organization.
