First Point Group seeks a visionary Senior Telecom AI Architect to drive AI, automation, and integration across NOC, OSS/BSS, and IT environments for a major Caribbean telecom operator. The role combines hands-on delivery with strategic architecture, emphasizing event-driven designs, API frameworks, and production-ready deployments.

Requires 8+ years in telecom enterprise architecture, direct carrier experience, and strong knowledge of Kafka, Python, and Azure AI/OpenAI.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with a Telecommunications Carrier or Network Operator.
• 8+ years in enterprise architecture in telecom environments.
• Hands-on with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG pipelines.
• Proven ability to deploy AI/automation into production.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI, automation, and enterprise integration across Network, NOC, OSS, BSS, and IT domains.
• Architect API integration frameworks, event-driven design patterns, ESB/iPaaS, and cloud connectivity.
• Deploy generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI in live telecom environments.
• Transit AI/automation prototypes into high-availability production systems.
• Implement AIOps and closed-loop automation for real-time NOC correlation and ticket triage.
• Align integration architectures with TM Forum Open APIs and ODA.
