In this critical hands‑on architecture and delivery role, you will lead the adoption of artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, and enterprise integration across complex Network, NOC, OSS, BSS, and Enterprise IT environments. You will leverage your deep practical expertise in API integration architecture, event‑driven design, generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI to bridge prototype solutions into robust production telecom systems. Detailed Job Description:

As an AI, Automation & Integration Architect supporting major Caribbean telecom operations via First Point Group, you will take full technical ownership of designing and delivering intelligent automation workflows, closed‑loop network automation, and enterprise integration frameworks. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include architecting event‑driven integration solutions, implementing generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) pipelines for NOC alarm correlation, ticket triage, and fault root‑cause analysis. You will collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to automate OSS/BSS workflows, customer care operations, and back‑office ITSM processes using modern technologies such as Kafka, Python, Azure OpenAI, and custom AI agent frameworks. Furthermore, you will ensure seamless API management, adherence to TM Forum Open APIs and ODA standards, and drive successful production deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic adoption and hands‑on delivery of AI, intelligent automation, and enterprise integration across Network, NOC, OSS, BSS, and IT domains.
• Architect robust API integration frameworks, event‑driven design patterns, enterprise service bus (ESB/iPaaS), and cloud connectivity.
• Design and deploy generative AI, LLMs, RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation), and agentic AI solutions in live telecommunications environments.
• Transition AI and automation models from initial proof‑of‑concept prototypes into high‑availability production enterprise systems.
• Implement AIOps and closed‑loop network automation use cases for real‑time NOC alarm correlation and automated ticket triage.
• Drive network fault root‑cause analysis, OSS/BSS operational workflows, customer care automation, and back‑office ITSM efficiency.
• Build scalable integration pipelines utilizing Apache Kafka, Python scripting, Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, MCP, and AI Agent frameworks.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Mandatory direct professional experience working for a Telecommunications Carrier or Network Operator.
• Minimum of 8+ years of professional enterprise architecture and solution design experience in telecom environments.
• Comprehensive background in API design, integration architecture, event‑driven design, iPaaS, ESB, and cloud platforms.
• Hands‑on operational experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI architectures.
• Proven track record of taking AI and automation solutions from experimental prototypes into live production systems.
