Job summary

UNFI is seeking a senior manager to lead the engineering, quality, deployment, and production support of AI and process automation solutions across their full lifecycle within UNFI’s Technology organization.

You will translate priorities into executable development plans, manage delivery teams and vendor partners, and ensure solutions are built, deployed, and supported in production with strong quality and operational discipline.

Qualifications

10+ years of technology delivery, automation, AI, software development, or related fields.

Responsibilities

Lead full SDLC delivery of GenAI and process automation initiatives.
Own engineering execution and ensure quality standards before release.
Oversee rapid prototyping and solution engineering.
Coordinate delivery activities across architecture, security, cloud, data, compliance, and business teams.
Manage production support, including incident coordination and defect follow-up.
Coach team members on GenAI, agentic AI, and production readiness.
