Job summary
United Airlines is seeking a Senior Manager of Quality Engineering to provide strategic leadership for enterprise quality practices across a broad portfolio. You will drive automation, AI-enabled quality engineering, observability, and data-driven insights to improve software reliability and delivery speed.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of management experience in Quality Engineering or IT leadership related role.
- 3+ years of experience implementing Test Automation framework.
- 3+ years of experience in supporting release automation (CICD) and application performance testing.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple Quality Engineering teams and managers, providing strategic direction and organizational leadership across a portfolio of products and platforms.
- Define and execute enterprise quality engineering strategies, aligning quality objectives with business goals and product roadmaps.
- Oversee end-to-end quality assurance lifecycle across multiple teams, including test planning, execution, validation, and user acceptance support.
