Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years in distribution or industrial businesses
• Proven track record delivering results in high-performance CI environments
• Deep experience applying Lean toolsets including VSM, Kaizen, RCA, and visual controls

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of UNFI Lean Business System and Strategy Deployment Process
• Develop an engine of Continuous Improvement with Kaizen roadmaps aligned to strategic goals
• Establish KPI-driven management routines: Daily/Weekly/Monthly reviews and Obeya rooms
• Coach leaders and teams in Lean methods and daily management standardized work
• Drive culture of engagement, accountability, transparency, and problem-solving
