Job summary

TRM Labs in the United States is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to be the embedded AI automation engineer for Product. You will build agents, automations, and apps that help product managers, product marketers, and designers move faster, delivering end-to-end solutions across the product lifecycle.

You will work directly with teams, own problems end to end, and operate within a globally distributed, fully remote, async-first environment.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering in Python or TypeScript.
• Very high AI fluency; work with frontier models and agentic solutions.
• Experience translating non-engineer requirements into technical work.
• Judgment on where AI adds value vs. noise.
• Experience delivering solutions adopted by non-technical teams.
• Daily use of AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).
• Senior scope: ownership, ambiguity handling, independence.

Responsibilities

• Build the agents, automations, and apps for Product, Product Marketing, and Design.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design across the lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Ship production code and maintain reusable components for cross-team reuse.
• Prototype quickly and push same-day production fixes to shared agents.
