Job summary

TRM Labs seeks a Senior AI Engineer to be the embedded AI automation engineer for Product, building agents, automations, and apps that accelerate product managers, marketers, and designers across the lifecycle from discovery to launch. You will work directly with teams, embedded in engineering and product, in a fully remote environment.

You will own end-to-end AI solutions with strong coding practices, leveraging current frontier models and AI tooling.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering in Python or TypeScript.
• Very high AI fluency with agentic solutions.
• Experience taking requirements from non-engineers and identifying underlying needs.
• Judgment about where AI adds value and where it does not.

Responsibilities

• Move repetitive work into agents and automations to free up product teams for judgment and customer work.
• Provide teams direct access to customer insights and data behind them via your tools.
• Ship agentic solutions that scale headcount and adoption across Product and Marketing.
• Build reusable components to speed up future builds.
