Job summary

FloQast is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Accountant to lead AI Agents deployment for the Transform product line at enterprise scale. You will drive adoption, architect automation, and deliver measurable ROI through accounting workflow improvements.

You will work directly with CFOs and Controllers, guide change management, and ensure successful implementation across complex environments, traveling up to 60% as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in accounting, auditing, controllership, or finance consulting.
• CPA preferred or equivalent experience in public accounting or corporate environment.
• Proven ability to evaluate, design, and deploy automated workflows within accounting/finance environments.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and data flow concepts.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and operationalize AI Agents that automate complex accounting processes.
• Lead transformation engagements with enterprise accounting teams to diagnose bottlenecks and automate workflows.
• Drive enterprise adoption by engaging CFOs, Controllers, and stakeholders through workflow redesign and value realization.
• Troubleshoot, edit Python scripts, write SQL queries for integrations, and diagnose configurations.
