Celonis is seeking a Senior Deployment Engineer in Raleigh to lead hands-on implementation of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers, combining platform mastery with AI-augmented delivery. You will direct AI deployment agents to build data models, KPIs, and dashboards while validating outputs and ensuring business relevance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement consulting.
• 6+ years with demonstrated project leadership.
• Experience building and configuring Celonis platform solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL; Python preferred.
• English fluency required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct business discovery workshops translating objectives into Celonis use cases.
• Define project scope, data requirements and success criteria.
• Ensure data connectivity and extraction pipelines with required resources.
• Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, KPIs, dashboards.
• Configure Celonis solutions across the platform: Process Intelligence Graph, data transformations, and analytics.
• Identify process inefficiencies and root causes with Celonis technology.
• Validate AI outputs for accuracy and business relevance.
• Lead value creation workshops; define measures to improve processes.
• Build KPIs to measure success and quantify business impact.
• Design and build operational solutions to drive adoption and conformance.
• Enable customer users to use and extend the solution; train users.
• Document solution design decisions for future handover.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
