Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Lead Deployment Engineer in New York to drive hands-on deployment of Celonis solutions for enterprise clients. You will guide AI-driven data modeling, KPI definition, and dashboard delivery while validating results against business needs and customer context.

You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, lead workshops, and ensure data connectivity and value realization. A strong background in SQL/Python and process analytics is required, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years with demonstrated project leadership in Management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement consulting.
• For Senior DE: 6+ years with demonstrated project leadership.
• Strong SQL proficiency; Python preferred.
• Experience building/configuring Celonis data models, KPIs, and automation.
• Fluency in English; willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on implementation of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers.
• Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Define project scope, data requirements and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Validate outputs for accuracy, relevance, and business impact; iterate with customers.
• Enable adoption and handover with customers; document decisions and configurations.
