Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Lead Deployment Architect to be the technical authority for strategic accounts, shaping end-to-end Celonis solutions and establishing architectural standards at scale.

You will bridge pre-sales and post-sales, design AI-augmented delivery workflows, and collaborate with Deployment Engineers to deliver measurable outcomes across complex, multi-workstream engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or delivery leadership; 3+ years in a senior/lead technical role
• Architecture skills to design complex, multi-component solutions
• Experience with AI-augmented delivery workflows and multi-agent systems
• Deep domain expertise in at least one process domain or industry vertical
• Ability to present transformation strategies to VP/C-level stakeholders
• Platform mastery of Celonis with data modeling, PQL, automation and AI modules
• Strong consulting and communication skills; workshops, design sessions, strategic reviews
• Leadership and mentoring experience, setting quality standards and capability development
• Fluency in English and German required

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Celonis solution architectures across complex deployments
• Define technical blueprint for platform integrations, data strategies and transformation goals
• Lead AI agent orchestration patterns and validation gates for delivery
• Advise strategic customers; translate business challenges into platform strategies
• Guide pre-sales with technical credibility and shaping project scope
• Drive practice development and contribute to platform roadmap
• Collaborate with Deployment Engineers to ensure delivery quality and standards
