Celonis is seeking a Senior Deployment Engineer for Health and Life Sciences in New York. You will lead AI-augmented deployments, translating client needs into technical specifications, building data models, and delivering measurable process improvements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of leading projects in management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process-improvement consulting in software vendors, consulting firms, or SI.
• Advanced SQL and experience with Python; ability to build/configure Celonis data models, KPIs, and analytics.
• AI fluency: capable of writing clear specifications, evaluating AI outputs, and iterating with customers.
• Deep Health and Life Sciences domain knowledge; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% depending on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and conduct business discovery workshops to translate objectives into Celonis use cases.
• Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, KPIs, and dashboards with clear specs.
• Build and configure Celonis solutions across the platform; ensure data connections and processes meet requirements.
• Validate AI outputs for accuracy and relevance, and iterate with customers.
• Lead value creation workshops and define KPIs and measures to realize business impact.
• Enable customer users and drive adoption; manage timelines, scope, and handoffs.
