Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Senior Deployment Engineer in Redwood City to lead AI-augmented deployment of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers. You will drive data modeling, KPI creation, and dashboards using AI agents, while validating outputs against customer context and business needs.

You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, define data requirements, and lead workshops to translate objectives into measurable value.

Qualifications

6+ years leading projects in mgmt or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement within software vendors, consultancies, or SI firms.
Advanced SQL; Python preferred; able to build/configure Celonis data models, KPIs, analytics.
AI-fluent; comfortable with AI-assisted tools and writing clear specs.
Strong business/process domain, Hi Tech industry experience; SAP/Oracle knowledge is a plus.
Excellent consulting and stakeholder-management skills; able to deliver outcomes under ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Lead business discovery workshops translating objectives into Celonis use cases.
Define project scope, data requirements, and success criteria with IT and business stakeholders.
Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, KPIs, dashboards; validate outputs against requirements.
Build and configure Celonis solutions across the platform including data transformations and process analyses.
Develop KPIs and value measures; design operational solutions to drive adoption and conformance.
Train customer users and hand over solutions with proper documentation.
