Celonis is seeking a Lead Deployment Engineer in Raleigh, NC to drive AI-assisted deployments for enterprise customers. You will lead data modeling, KPI design, and dashboard creation using Celonis tools, directing AI agents to deliver fast, accurate insights while validating outputs against business needs.

Role requires 10+ years of leadership in IT/consulting, deep Celonis platform skills, and strong domain knowledge in ERP processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project leadership in management or IT consulting in software vendors or SI firms.
• Advanced SQL and Python; ability to build and configure Celonis solutions.
• Experience with ERP domains (SAP, Oracle) and process areas like O2C, P2P, AP.

Responsabilités

• Initiate and conduct discovery to translate objectives into Celonis use cases.
• Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, KPIs, and dashboards; validate outputs.
• Build Celonis solutions across the platform and ensure business relevance.
• Lead value workshops, define KPIs, and quantify business impact.
• Enable adoption, train users, and document designs for handoff.
