Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Lead Developer to provide hands-on technical leadership for data engineering, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions in support of large-scale data modernization initiatives. This role designs, builds, and operationalizes high-quality data and analytics solutions while guiding development teams and collaborating with architects and operations leads.

Qualifications

US Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DHS Public Trust.
Bachelor's degree is required.
Ten or more years of experience in data engineering, analytics development, or software development roles.
Hands-on experience building data solutions in cloud environments (e.g., AWS and Snowflake).
Experience implementing AI solutions using cortex code and cortex suite.
Experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and analytics solution development.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment in the DC area.
