Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design memory architectures and data fabrics for enterprise AI. You will lead a team of AI Architects to build advanced multi-agent memory systems across AI-native platforms.

You will influence memory, context, and data fabric strategies, collaborate with Security, Data and Infrastructure teams, and drive scalable AI solutions in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid model with in-person collaboration supported.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI Frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Use of AI native software development tools / code assist (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and software languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understand AI Native design process and principles.
• Deep understanding of model fine tuning and customization through context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with modern IDE, CI/CD pipeline, and code hosting (GitHub/Gitlab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI-native systems.
• Design context systems including RAG and semantic chunking and search.
• Implement and test architectures with benchmarking against AI and human evals.
• Create replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures across systems.
• Lead design requirements and implement via AI-native design processes.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infra experts for balanced outcomes.
• Mentor Knowledge/Data team members and lead on IP-related work.
