Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise use cases. You will lead a team of AI Architects, shaping multi-agent systems and scalable AI solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate across AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure, and contribute to strategic business development and IP filings. A strong background in memory/context architectures, RAG, and model tuning is essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in EE, CS, or Mathematics.
• 10+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understanding of AI native design process and context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems.
• Develop context systems with RAG and semantic search.
• Benchmark architectures against AI and human evals.
• Create replicable integration frameworks across systems.
• Lead and mentor Knowledge/Data team members.
