EY seeks an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for enterprise AI use cases. Lead a team of AI Architects, shaping how to deploy scalable multi-agent systems across environments and platforms.

You will drive RAG, semantic chunking, context management, and inference optimization, collaborating with Security, Data and Infrastructure to deliver practical, high-impact AI solutions in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiar with AI native tooling (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, Go, Rust, Java; understand CI/CD.

Responsabilidades

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems.
• Develop context systems with RAG and semantic chunking.
• Benchmark architectures against AI/eval criteria.
• Create replicable integration frameworks for memory use across systems.
• Lead a team of AI Architects and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infrastructure teams.
• Contribute to IP development and strategic technical initiatives.
• Hands-on coding and guidance within Knowledge/Data teams.
