Job summary

EY seeks an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to head a team of domain experts in designing and implementing AI Agent Control. The role focuses on agent authentication, state management, policy definition, and multiagent APIs, with emphasis on observability and security.

The successful candidate will lead architecture, mentor engineers, and collaborate across AI, Security, Data, and Infrastructure teams in a hybrid client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in STEM required and 10+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and modern secrets management.
• Familiarity with AI native tools and code assistance environments.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Typescript) and Go/Java/Rust.
• Knowledge of identity/auth cryptography and modern IDE/CI-CD pipelines.
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent setups.
• Develop architectures for agent identity and authentication at scale.
• Oversee post-training and tuning environments for agents.
• Create synthesis models for AI open-source platforms.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
• Lead a team of experts to build universal agentic control harnesses.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for balanced outcomes.
• Present at conferences and assist IP development.
