Experience with AI tooling to build solutions and learn new skills.

Fluency across the Salesforce platform or a major adjacent technology.
Track record of staying engaged through delivery, including recovering stalled work.

Responsibilities

Lead with the customer's business and technical problem rather than a product pitch across all domains.
Collaborate across pre- and post-sale teams to align stakeholders around a shared view of a capability.
Resolve platform-fit ambiguity for customers facing conflicting recommendations or previous rollouts.
Explicitly name and route ambiguity to the correct domain to avoid drifting.
