Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Senior AI Architect / Lead Engineer to drive the design and delivery of AI-powered CX platforms. The role combines hands-on coding with enterprise architecture, focused on agentic and generative AI, LLMs, and Google Cloud AI services.

You will lead multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and workflow automation while mentoring engineers and collaborating with CX, product, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering, cloud architecture, or enterprise solution design experience
• 5+ years of AI/ML or Generative AI experience
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI applications on Google Cloud
• Strong Python development skills
• Leadership and mentoring experience

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the architecture strategy for AI-powered CX and contact center solutions
• Design, build, and deploy Agentic AI systems using autonomous agents, multi-agent collaboration, and workflow orchestration frameworks
• Develop intelligent conversational and task-oriented experiences leveraging LLMs and Generative AI technologies
• Architect scalable and secure AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval and contextual AI interactions
• Design agent workflows incorporating tool usage, API integrations, function calling, and orchestration capabilities
• Lead the implementation of cloud-native microservices and event-driven architectures
• Collaborate with business, CX, product, and engineering stakeholders
• Establish AI architecture standards, development best practices, governance, and security controls
• Mentor engineers and architects while providing technical leadership
