You will advance enterprise-scale AI capabilities with hands-on engineering and architecture leadership. Responsibilities include designing scalable agent-based architectures, orchestrating single and multi-agent systems, and integrating with Google Cloud Vertex AI, CRM platforms, and data sources to enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience designing Agentic AI architectures for CX.
• Hands-on engineering with focus on scalability and security.
• Proficient in Google Cloud Vertex AI and related tools.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompts, and grounding.
• Excellent communication across engineering, product, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Agentic AI and Generative AI architectures.
• Build autonomous single- and multi-agent systems.
• Develop LLM applications using Vertex AI, Gemini, RAG, and prompting.
• Implement tool calling and integrations with APIs, CRM, databases.
• Create CX capabilities: contact-center automation, omnichannel conversations, intelligent routing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI use cases and workflows.
• Provide technical leadership and establish reusable AI engineering practices.
