Verizon is seeking a senior leader to drive transformation in wireline services with a focus on AI-enabled quoting, ordering, and contract lifecycle platforms. The role requires steering cross-functional teams across IT and business units, shaping strategy for GenAI, LLMs, and RAG-enabled solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

The position emphasizes end-to-end MLOps, CI/CD governance, and collaboration with product and technology teams to deliver scalable, production-grade AI systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or six or more years of work experience.
• Eight or more years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in evaluating, selecting, and architecting full-stack technologies for high-availability, massively scalable systems.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional IT teams through complex technology transformations and strategic execution.
• Experience in Application development, AI/ML engineering, software architecture, and real-time data analytics.
• Experience with Generative AI concepts, including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic multi-agent orchestration frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute Verizon Business Group Wireline transformation and innovation across CPQ, ordering, and contract lifecycle management platforms.
• Architect GenAI-powered agents and AI-enabled workflows for quoting, ordering, orchestration, inventory, and service assurance.
• Build scalable data architectures and real-time analytics across AWS and GCP.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate complex product requirements into AI-enabled solutions.
• Establish end-to-end MLOps/LLMOps practices with CI/CD pipelines and governance.
• Drive AI adoption, validate features with stakeholders, and iterate on system specifications.
• Manage delivery with onshore/offshore teams and IT vendors using DevOps and agile sprints.
• Guide deployment and governance to ensure security and compliance.
