Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or six or more years of work experience.
• 6+ years of technology leadership, including architecture and full stack implementation.
• 8+ years of Software Engineering and Development experience with IT transformation.
• Eight+ years in Application development, AI/ML, software architecture, and real-time data analytics.
• Experience with Generative AI concepts including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic orchestration.
• Experience building, deploying, and scaling data analytics and AI solutions across AWS and GCP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute VBG Wireline transformation and innovation across CPQ and service platforms.
• Partner cross-functionally with IT and business units to align goals and strategy.
• Architect GenAI-powered agents and RAG frameworks for quoting, ordering, and service orchestration.
• Drive MLOps/LLMOps practices with CI/CD and security guardrails.
• Manage software delivery with onshore and offshore teams using DevOps and agile sprints.
