Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of work experience in technology leadership.
• 8+ years in software engineering and delivery of scalable systems.
• Experience with Generative AI concepts, LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworks.
• Experience building data analytics and AI solutions on AWS and GCP.
• Strong leadership, architecture, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead product enablement and business alignment on strategic portfolios.
• Architect and operationalize GenAI-powered agents and RAG pipelines.
• Build and scale data analytics and streaming pipelines across cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Solutions, and Technology teams to translate requirements.
• Establish end-to-end MLOps/LLMOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive AI adoption and map enterprise processes for Kairos platform.
• Lead stakeholder reviews to validate feature alignment with requirements.
• Manage software delivery with onshore and offshore teams using DevOps and Agile.
