Job summary

Jobrapido seeks an experienced AI Application Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered applications for its US Innovation Team. You will act as the technical authority for AI initiatives, architecting enterprise ML systems and autonomous agent frameworks while collaborating with legal, product, and IT teams.

The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, security, and scalability on Azure AI Foundry, with a strong focus on MCP integrations and Power Platform-enabled

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in software or AI development, with 2+ years in lead/architect role.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks (LangChain or Semantic Kernel).
• Proven ability to build RAG apps with vector DBs (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Hands-on with MCP, DevOps, Git and working in legal/professional services.
• Certifications in AI, Azure, or Power Platform are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of AI-powered applications on Azure AI Foundry.
• Implement MCP integrations to enable interoperability across firm systems.
• Develop AI workflows using Microsoft Power Platform for non-technical users.
• Design secure, scalable AI solutions with compliance and governance in mind.
• Collaborate with IT, Risk, and Compliance to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Mentor and onboard new team members and stakeholders.
