Job summary

GDH is seeking an AI Engineer/Developer to design, deploy, govern, and optimize enterprise AI solutions with a focus on Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft ecosystem integrations.

You will build agentic AI workflows, integrate with data, security, identity services, and establish standards for prompt engineering and evaluation to demonstrate business value.

This fully remote role offers collaboration with stakeholders and opportunities for continuous improvement in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise AI environments in secure or regulated settings.
• Hands-on deployment/operation of AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, including agentic workflows and evaluation pipelines.
• Translate business requirements into deployed AI capabilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot ecosystem and integrations with Azure services.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and change-management skills.
• Proficiency with Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar for AI agents and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operate AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, including model orchestration and evaluation pipelines.
• Design and manage agentic AI solutions with multi-step workflows and autonomous orchestration.
• Develop AI capabilities across Microsoft Azure data, security, identity and AI services.
• Integrate AI with governance, cybersecurity, privacy, and data classification policies.
• Collaborate with AI architects to refine AI solutions and establish prompt engineering standards.
• Measure deployments to show business value and opportunities for improvement.
• Create architecture diagrams documenting AI system designs, data flows, and integrations.
• Manage deployment lifecycles, updates, versioning, and remediation.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to audiences with varied expertise.
