Qualifications

• 5+ years in regulated or compliance-heavy domains.
• Ability to work with subject-matter experts.
• Interest in agentic AI & next-gen architectures.
• Experience building production AI systems.
• Ability to explain AI decisions to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agent-based AI workflows across domains.
• Build agentic AI architectures for manufacturing.
• Develop multi-agent financial AI systems.
• Implement RAG over documents, policies, contracts.
• Build LLM-powered systems with tool-calling and orchestration.
• Develop/maintain production AI systems.
• Deploy AI solutions on Azure and monitor performance.
