Logic20/20 is seeking a Senior Manager to join our AI & Analytics (AIA) practice, a role for an experienced consulting leader who can turn data, AI, and emerging technologies into measurable business outcomes.

As a Senior Manager, you will partner with senior client stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and lead multidisciplinary teams from strategy through implementation, delivering tangible value in client engagements and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting/technology/data/AI with client-facing roles.
• Proven leadership of complex engagements and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong background in AI, ML, generative AI, analytics, and data platforms.
• Experience moving AI/analytics solutions from strategy to production.
• Experience supporting the consulting sales lifecycle (discovery, scoping, estimates, proposals).
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for executives.
• Strong executive presence and trusted relationships with senior leaders.
• Experience managing engagement financials, scope, risks, timelines, and resources.
• Proven coaching and development of consultants.
• Energy/utilities AI applications experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex AI, analytics, and data engagements from discovery through implementation.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, identifying opportunities for business value.
• Own engagement success across scope, schedule, budget, risks, and delivery quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product leaders.
• Translate business challenges into AI strategies, roadmaps, and solutions.
• Navigate ambiguity and provide structure across multi-stakeholder environments.
• Partner with sales and practice leadership through pre-sales lifecycle including discovery and scoping.
• Coach and develop consultants while building high-performing teams.
• Contribute to thought leadership and reusable approaches for future engagements.
