Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI & Data Strategy Senior Manager to shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led business reinvention. You will build client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on infusing AI, GenAI and data into critical business processes.

Lead the definition of AI-first strategy, assess maturity, and develop a blueprint for technology and operating model. Travel up to 80% as needed to meet client expectations and deliver strategic value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience within AI and Data Strategy including data strategy, talent strategy, value case development, data management and governance.
• Minimum of 7 years of high-value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• Minimum of 7 years of large-scale delivery experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience serving utilities clients or related finance/regulatory functions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

• Define building blocks to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology blueprint and operating model.
• Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver the strategy.
