You will work with cross‑functional teams to design analytical solutions, guide delivery, and mentor team members, translating data into actionable business outcomes. This is a high‑impact role across industries, helping grow Logic20/20's data capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience as a data scientist, designing, building, and validating production‑grade machine learning models.
• Experience leading analytics initiatives and driving technical decisions.
• Experience building solutions in Azure (Azure ML, MLflow, Synapse, Fabric).
• Strong client‑facing consulting and stakeholder management experience.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills capable of explaining complex concepts to business audiences.
• Experience across the full data science lifecycle from problem definition to deployment.
• Demonstrated success leading projects in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics and ML solutions.
• Work with clients to translate objectives into analytical approaches.
• Analyze large datasets to identify opportunities and support decisions.
• Develop and validate statistical and predictive models.
• Communicate findings to executive stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship to data scientists and analysts.
• Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
