Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 4+ years in technical business analysis or data analytics
• 3+ years SQL and Python
• 2+ years DevOps
• 2+ years hands-on with GenAI / LLM applications
• Experience with REST APIs (FastAPI or Flask)
• Strong prompt engineering knowledge
• Familiarity with RAG concepts for data retrieval
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory and Databricks is a plus

Theis key role collaborates with client services, product, engineering, architecture, and partner teams to align on requirements, data dependencies, and release timelines for assigned analytical solutions. Contributes to reliable delivery by refining requirements, documenting decisions, and improving analysis practices that reduce rework and strengthen execution.

Core Responsibilities

• Assess business needs and user requirements to craft actionable specifications for AI and analytical solutions.
• Work closely with client services, product, engineering, and architecture teams to ensure alignment on analytical project scope and dependencies.
• Evaluates solution options and trade-offs by analyzing business value, system impacts, feasibility, risk, and enterprise standards to recommend practical technical approaches.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria to facilitate clear communication and implementation consistency.
• Actively participate in backlog discussions, translating analytical requirements and enhancement requests into structured inputs.
• Enhance requirement methods, templates, and analysis practices to reduce rework and increase the reliability of AI and analytical solution delivery across the team.
• Identifies and resolves reporting defects, data discrepancies, and dashboard issues through systematic analysis and sound judgment.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for utilizing RAG in business intelligence and analytics.
• Analyze user feedback to refine prompt structures and improve overall experience between users and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration of API functionalities into existing systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years of experience in technical business analysis, data analytics, solution design, or a related field required
• 3+ years of experience of SQL and Python
• 2+ years of experience in DevOps
• 2+ years hands-on with GenAI / LLM-based applications
• Proven experience with REST APIs (FastAPI or Flask)
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering principles and practices
• Familiarity with RAG concepts and their application in data retrieval
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory and Databricks is a plus
• Experience with PowerBI is a plus
• Demonstrates advanced capability in translating business needs into technical solutions with growing breadth across related domains (e.g., cloud integration, enterprise architecture).
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality results on complex components and improve delivery outcomes.
• Ability to work well both independently as well as within a team oriented environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
