Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Product Manager for AI Enablement in Analytics within Capital One Shopping. You will own an agentic analytics platform, collaborating with platform engineers to ship AI-enabled data products used by diverse teams.

Qualifications

Experience defining and governing metrics across teams without agreement.
Proficiency with semantic layers, metrics layers, or ontologies.
SQL-based data handling and data governance experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with platform engineers to build and operate AI products, starting with an agentic analytics platform.
Define enterprise data requirements and ensure compliance with patterns.
Set data boundaries for agents and validate in practice.
Prioritize user and stakeholder needs and trade‑offs.
Improve deployment speed and reduce costs over time.
Build relationships with leaders and stakeholders reliant on platforms.
Define, socialize, and monitor KPIs to measure evolution and success.
