Job summary

Capital One Shopping is seeking a Senior Product Manager for AI Enablement - Analytics. You will own an agentic analytics platform, working with platform engineers to deliver AI-powered analytics that shape product decisions across Shopping.

You will leverage deep data governance, modern data stack tools, and strong SQL/Python/R skills to define data definitions, ensure trust, and govern metrics across teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Management, Solutions, Deployment Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Data Analytics.
• Bachelor's or Master’s in a quantitative field; or Bachelor’s with 4+ years PM/analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with platform engineers to build and operate AI products.
• Define enterprise data requirements and ensure system alignment with patterns.
• Set boundaries for agent capabilities and validate enforcement.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and prioritize trade-offs.
• Improve deployment cost and speed with each release.
• Maintain relationships with leaders dependent on platforms.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure project success.
