Capital One Shopping seeks a Senior Product Manager for AI Enablement with deep data platform expertise to own the agentic analytics platform. The role emphasizes prototyping with AI tools, building PoCs, and driving platform value across Shopping.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Solutions or Deployment Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Data Analytics.
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or Business/Marketing; or Bachelor’s with 4+ years PM/Analytics experience.
• 7+ years of Product Management/Analytics experience, incl. ownership of an internal platform or deployment.
• 4+ years of data experience with strong SQL.
• Experience defining and governing metrics across teams that did not agree.
• Experience with semantic layers, metrics layers, or ontologies (dbt, LookML, Cube, Palantir Foundry).

Responsibilities

• Partner with platform engineers to build and operate AI products, starting with an agentic analytics platform.
• Understand data requirements and ensure system compliance with enterprise patterns.
• Define what the system needs to know to be trusted (data, definitions, context).
• Set boundaries for what agents can/can't do and prove boundaries hold.
• Prioritize based on user and stakeholder needs and trade-offs.
• Make deployments cheaper and faster over time.
• Build relationships with leaders and stakeholders depending on platform performance.
• Define, socialize, and monitor KPIs to measure success.
