Qualifications

• Knowledge and passion for emerging technologies (APIs, Big Data, Native UIs) to incorporate into building great products.
• Strong SQL/data analysis skills to identify insights and troubleshoot issues.
• Ownership of day-to-day setting and monitoring of KPIs.
• Experience handling large data files using SQL, Python, and/or R.
• Back-end product ownership and challenging the norm when needed.
• Product-centric mindset from ideation to production with continual iteration.
• Customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams of software and data engineers to design and deliver data platform features for internal users.
• Understand the enterprise data requirements and ensure compliance with enterprise patterns.
• Prioritize based on user and stakeholder needs and trade-off discussions.
• Create a vision and roadmap addressing stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, designers, and engineers to refine the roadmap and harvest insights from experiments and launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with leaders and stakeholders relying on platform capabilities.
• Define, socialize, and monitor key performance indicators to measure success.
