Capital One Shopping is seeking a Senior Product Manager for AI Enablement in Analytics. You will own an agentic analytics platform, work with enterprise data layers, and prototype AI-driven insights using modern tools.

This role invites builders who ship PoCs and influence senior leadership with a clear, data-driven vision. The position is remote-eligible in the United States, with compensation aligned to location and eligibility for incentives.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of PM/analytics or deployment experience in a data-driven setting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with platform engineers to build and operate AI products.
• Understand enterprise data requirements and ensure compliance with patterns.
• Define what systems need to know to be trusted (data, definitions, context).
• Set boundaries for what agents can/can't do and validate in practice.
• Prioritize based on user/stakeholder needs and trade-offs.
• Make deployments cheaper and faster over time.
• Build relationships with leaders depending on platform capabilities.
• Define and monitor KPIs to track project evolution and impact.
